Without a dedicated team, their email efforts suffered from messy lists, unfocused segments, and inconsistent send times. For an e-commerce brand, they were missing out on the most profitable marketing channel.

After a complete audit of our email communications, I removed inactive users, segmented subscriber lists and improved targeting. For the look & feel, I created ADA-compliant brand guidelines and applied them across all existing drip emails for a consistent, accessible design.
Consistent send times and targeted subscriber segments saw a 20% increase in email deliverability and 43% increase in conversions. This undertaking also contributed to their goal of standardizing the look and feel across all marketing channels while increasing accessibility.
