Pandia Health’s initial homepage felt clunky, overly clinical, and lacked connection with their target audience.
The tone was too company-centric and failed to reflect the brand’s mission of being both approachable and expert-led. The result felt uncharacteristically impersonal for a site focused on personalized care.
The solution
To create a more engaging and relatable experience, I redesigned the homepage with a brighter, refreshed color palette and introduced a new brand voice: the “cool older sister.” This voice strikes the balance between friendly and knowledgable, reflecting Pandia’s positioning as a doctor-founded, doctor-led company.
The outcome
The redesign elevated Pandia’s digital presence, allowing the brand to connect with its target audience while reaffirming its role as a trusted leader in reproductive health. In weeks, the new homepage quickly outperformed the previous version, driving a 35% increase in site traffic.
